ARCADIS provided design and construction management services consisting of eighteen separate contracts in residential neighborhoods including full project delivery systems and public information programs. The project includes 195,400 linear feet of gravity sewer mains, 60,400 linear feet of water mains, grinder pump stations with force mains and road resurfacing/repair. ARCADIS' program management services include planning, pre-bid design management, bid phase coordination, construction management and project closeout/startup. ARCADIS has also established with the city's Public Works Commission a customer service inquiry programincluding issue resolution, a community newsletter and a special phone hot line for neighbors affected by this annexation program.
