Carisbrooke is a planned luxury community of single-family homes complete with family-oriented recreational amenities. Liberty Properties selected ARCADIS to assist with the development of this 132-lot wooded subdivision. The client desired to preserve the natural beauty of the area while providing for its residents complete recreational facilities including a spacious clubhouse, a swimming pool, and a recreational pavilion.

In addition to project master planning responsibilities, ARCADIS provided a stormwater management plan and a dam review for the total development. The firm also provided surveying and engineering design services for roadways, drainage, and sanitary sewer facilities. Our surveying services included boundary surveys, design surveys, subdivision surveys (lot pinning and plats) and construction stakeout.
