When remediation systems require longer-term operation, we can provide O&M support on many different levels, depending on your needs and preferences.  On several of out remedial systems we have incorporated telemetry techniques so that we can provide cost-effective and efficient O&M services from a remote location.  

In addition to telemetry techniques, we utilize computer modeling techniques to increase project efficiency/ cost-effectiveness by simulating various remedial system scenarios.  As a result, we are able to troubleshoot potential problems and design an optimal remedial system during the early remedial design phase.

When you have on-site personnel, ARCADIS will supervise the start-up and training of your personnel in operating the system.  The training includes preparation of system O&M manuals, establishing maintenance and reporting schedules, and providing personnel for on-going assistance, as needed.  If you prefer that we operate the system, we provide the personnel to perform routine monitoring and maintenance, calibration, repairs, and prepare reports. In either case, we typically continue our involvement in evaluating system performance, revising operating procedures as site conditions change, and recommending system modifications as warranted.
