ARCADIS is providing Program and Construction Management services to one of the first "Public-Private Partnership" school projects in Virginia. The scope of work to date includes the design and construction of a new $20,000,000 Middle School and a $1,000,000 addition to an existing Elementary School. ARCADIS was appointed by the School Board as the "Owner's Representative" and is responsible for the planning, coordination, design and construction of these school building improvements.
