New Administration Building

Fulton County, Wauseon, Ohio

ARCADIS completed the design and construction of a new county administration building for Fulton County, Ohio. The new structure provides approximately 40,000 square feet of space and accommodates a variety of county functions, including new offices for the county commissioners, auditor, treasurer, and recorder, plus a commissioner's chamber. In addition to using the building for civic functions, the county leases space to several state agencies, including the License Bureau, Title Bureau, and Ohio State University Extension Service.

Project scope included the preparation of construction documents and construction administration for the completion of the building and site. Services provided for the site included grading and drainage design, pavement design, parking layout, and lighting. Architectural services included programming, exterior design, site design, and interior design. Complete structural, electrical, mechanical, and construction documents were also provided.
