ARCADIS provided pre-construction and construction management services project for the construction of a $14 million, 65,000 sf City Hall and a 30,000 sf Police Station. Both projects are sited next to each other and are to be completed by January 2005, which presented an overall aggressive design, contractor procurement and construction schedule. Services included were: Master Design & Construction Schedule, Value Engineering Workshop, Pre-construction Cost Estimate, Constructibility Review, Management Administration Plan, Provide Front-end Documents, Pre-bid Coordination, Project Management Overview, Construction Management and Construction Inspections.
