ARCADIS was retained as a subconsultant to offer cost estimating, constructibility input and construction management for this $9 million project. The Township envisions a new facility that will include a natatorium, outdoor pool, gymnasiums and jogging track, a fitness center, office space, child watch facilities and activity rooms. The facility, which may be as large as 60,000 sf, is expected to be located within existing park space and operated using resident membership fees. ARCADIS will serve as the owner's agent during construction and inspect the work of the Township's prime contractors. ARCAIDS' scope of services included: Schematic Design Input and Construction Cost Estimates, Constructibility Review, Bid Review, Resident Inspection, and CPM Scheduling.
