Glenwood Community Center is a 50,000 sf combination Senior Center and Recreation facility that was recently awarded to ARCADIS for Program Management. ARCADIS provides program management, scheduling, estimating, value engineering, commissioning and LEED™ green building consultation to Howard County, MD for this project. The construction cost is budgeted at $9,400,000 and this building is seeking either LEED™ Certified or Silver rating under the U.S. Green Building Council Green Building Rating System.
