ARCADIS' guaranteed remediation program is relatively simple: for a fixed price, we commit to perform any and all remediation necessary to achieve our client's objectives. This can vary from the reduction of contaminants to levels prescribed by our clients to achieving regulatory closure on their behalf.
The program was enacted to aggressively pursue closure of environmental problems by changing out the old consulting paradigm of billing hours to perform tasks and replacing it with taking on the performance risk for a fixed price to get to closure. In doing so, the GRiP® Remediation Program provides both price and schedule certainty.
Unlike many guaranteed offerings based solely on insurance, our guaranteed remediation contracts are not constrained by a typical "ten year policy period" and do not expire prior to closure.
