Serving as principal scientist, Gillow will be responsible for providing site evaluation and remediation expertise to our clients. He will focus on developing an advanced understanding of the geochemistry of a project site. In turn, he will characterize site contaminants to determine technology-based remediation strategies. His knowledge of complex inorganic and organic contaminants expands our capabilities for our clients.

Gillow has over 18 years experience in the development of remediation solutions for surface and subsurface environments. He solves complex technical challenges through the integration of biochemical and geochemical technical services. Serving multiple clients in the public and private sector, Gillow employs cutting-edge environmental science that meets regulatory acceptance. He achieves efficient, comprehensive and sustained site remediation end-points. He has authored numerous publications and conducted several scientific lectures on such topics as environmental fate, transport of metals, and the biogeochemistry of synthetic chemicals. Gillow has given presentations to the National Academy of Sciences and the Environmental Protection Agency.
Gillow holds a Ph.D. in environmental science and engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, a master's degree in environmental and waste management from Stony Brook University and a bachelor's degree in marine science from Southampton College.
