ARCADIS (NASDAQ: ARCAF, EURONEXT: ARCAD), the international consultancy and engineering company, today announced that Jeanna Blatt, APR, joined the U. S. headquarters in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, as communications manager.

In her new role as communications manager, Blatt's primary responsibilities will be to implement and manage employee communication programs, and plan and execute company-wide public relations campaigns to promote ARCADIS' consultancy, engineering, infrastructure and environmental activities.  

Blatt, an Accredited Public Relations Professional (APR) with 15 years experience, has advised CEO's and senior executives in marketing, public relations, strategic communications and planning. Blatt has managed international public relations programs and brings a unique perspective having worked from both sides of the client-contractor relationship. She has strong expertise in the areas of media relations, stakeholder outreach, multimedia imaging, publications, government relations, executive coaching, employee/project communications, management, as well as the legislative arena. She is a published author and an award winning film director and producer.

Blatt, a member of the Public Relations Society of America, was recognized this month by the organization for her dedication and contribution to the Colorado Chapter. Blatt received a bachelor of arts in speech communications from Colorado State University.
