Corey Zorn, P.E. Joins ARCADIS as Arizona Land Resource Business Practice Manager  
 

Phoenix, Ariz. – Feb 23, 2007 – ARCADIS (NASDAQ: ARCAF, EURONEXT: ARCAD) is pleased to announce that Corey Zorn, P.E. has joined our Phoenix office as the new land resource business practice manager.

In his new role as land resource manager, Zorn’s primary responsibilities will be to lead our initiative to establish a successful land resources practice in the state of Arizona. “With and extensive background in land resources, permitting, planning, engineering and surveying in Arizona, Corey will provide ARCADIS’ clients with additional expertise aimed at helping them achieve their business goals,” said Scott Brown, ARCADIS area manager.

Zorn is a professional engineer with over 13 years of experience in land development. He is a registered civil engineer in Arizona, Utah and Idaho. He has been responsible for client relations, writing and reviewing proposals, and contract negotiation and execution. His responsibilities have also included production of plats and plans for subdivisions, roadways, master hydrology analysis, and other supporting infrastructure for master planned communities. In addition, he has worked with local, state, and federal agencies to acquire permits and approvals necessary for the development and construction of these projects. Zorn is a graduate of Utah State University with a bachelor of science in civil engineering.
