DENVER, Colo – March 12, 2007 – ARCADIS (NASDAQ: ARCAF, EURONEXT: ARCAD) and Giffels are pleased to announce that their joint venture was awarded Multidiscipline Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDC) by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps). These contracts are to provide architect and engineering services for projects within the limits of Fort Bragg, North Carolina and will be administered by the Fort Bragg office.
The contract includes a base period of one year and two option periods of one year each, with a maximum contract value of $4.5 million. The contract will be implemented through task orders primarily for new construction, upgrades, maintenance and repair for various military facilities. The services performed under this IDC will include preparing reports, performing studies, project planning, developing design criteria, preparing drawings, specifications and cost estimates, and other general A/E services.
