ARCADIS Expands Operations in Canada and Opens Office in Toronto  
 
Toronto, Canada– July 11, 2007 - ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), is pleased to announce the expansion of our Northeast operations with the opening of an office in Toronto, Ontario.

With operational needs expanding for infrastructure, environment and facilities all over the U.S. and Canada, ARCADIS has now expanded their client focus in eastern Canada and in the greater Northeast area. The Toronto office is conveniently located at 2810 Matheson Boulevard East, 2nd Floor, Mississauga, Ontario, phone 905.290.1709.

Bahram (Bob) Gordanifar has joined ARCADIS’ Canadian team to manage the new Toronto office. Gordanifar will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities associated with implementation of the Ontario strategic growth plans. He will also provide ARCADIS clients with state-of-the-art environmental consulting services. ARCADIS plans to expand their staff and presence in Canada providing world renowned solutions in facilities, environment and infrastructure.

Throughout his career, Gordanifar has developed and perfected client relations and has earned a reputation of trust. His broad background amidst the ever changing environmental regulations and guidelines has driven him to stay up-to-date while managing multiple environmental sites and remediation projects.

Gordanifar holds a bachelor’s in civil engineering from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Ontario and Alberta and a member of the Canadian Environmental Auditing Association and is a licensed Certified Environmental Assessor of Sites.
